– ImpactWrestling.com has announced a TNA Knockouts Championship Match for Hardcore Justice. Miss Tessmacher and Tara will defend the straps against Sarita and Rosita, the previous title holders.
Sarita, who announced four weeks ago via Facebook that she had suffered facial paralysis, continued to wear a protective mask at this past weekend’s TNA Wrestling live events in Texas. Her condition, however, has improved in the meantime.
– Matt Hardy, who has been inactive from TNA Wrestling since May 30, posted a status update on Twitter.
He wrote Thursday, “To all of the promoters that have contacted me about working for them, I just wanted to let you know that I’ve kinda got everything on hold for now. I would greatly appreciate your patience in me taking bookings for now, thanks!”
Company officials reportedly suspended Hardy in June due to continuously arriving late to events and posting online of himself urging Jeff Hardy to stun Reby Sky (Matt’s girlfriend) with a taser.

– Douglas Williams was dropped on his head during a match with Hernandez at last night’s iMPACT! taping in Orlando, Florida. The match was stopped for Williams to be evaluated.
Williams is said to be fine following the injury scare. He is not expected to miss any ring time.
– Independent wrestler Bobby Shields wrote an article discussing his experience at the Team Taz Finishing Camp. The goal of the camp is to assist wrestlers in learning the nuances that may be preventing them from grabbing the attention of one of the major wrestling promotions.
– On Twitter, Matt Hardy confirmed the rumor that he is dating Reby Sky, a glamour model and entertainment personality who recently turned down a WWE developmental contract offer.

- Matt Hardy is reportedly signed to a three-year deal with TNA. It’s said that Matt is getting less money than his brother Jeff Hardy but the other details of their contracts are very similar. During Matt’s negotiations with TNA, he was pushing hard to get a spot on the creative team. While TNA refused to put that stipulation in Matt’s contract, they are open to hearing his booking ideas.
- TNA will tape more iMPACT tapings tonight from Orlando. Tonight’s spoilers will be the Against All Odds go-home show.
- TNA officials are currently having a new World Heavyweight Title belt made for Mr. Anderson.
- After working a few TNA shows on a per-night basis, Scott Steiner is believed to have signed to a new deal with the company.

WWE have decided to release MVP from his contract according to WWE.com. MVP recently has been frustrated in WWE with the way he has been used. MVP said on his twitter, “I asked for and received my release. I felt it was time to go international and freshen things up.”
MVP has decided to ask for the release in the hope of getting international bookings and is likely to be working in Japan. It will be interesting to see if TNA will make him an offer, when his 90 day non-compete clause expires?
MVP leaving WWE did not come as a surprise for me and thought it was the best move to make. He was a great heel and had some great feuds in WWE with Matt Hardy. It is a shame they did not try harder with his character, as he was one of the better heels a year or so ago.

– As we saw on Monday’s King of the Ring episode of RAW, footage was shown of former WWE star Brock Lesnar. Lesnar’s name was also mentioned several times throughout the broadcast. According to f4wonline.com, some people within WWE believe Lesnar being mentioned on RAW was a way of getting people talking about the possibility of Lesnar participating in some capacity at WrestleMania. While most have acknowledged that the chances of Lesnar being able to wrestle are virtually impossible due to his UFC contract, Vince McMahon remains optimistic and thinks he can still pull it off.
– Former WWE superstar Matt Hardy went on Twitter last night after watching RAW and says things desperately need to change, because the business he loves is dying a slow death. Hardy wrote on Twitter.com/matthardybrand:
“For the 1st time in a while, I watched Raw straight-thru on DVR after getting home tonight.. That was a long 3 hours. Business needs change.
I’m really happy for my friends & the guys that are getting to perform & make a living in the biz, but I feel the biz is slowly fading.
There desperately needs to be a new era ushered in that changes the entire landscape and mindset of professional wrestling.. And soon.”

- Matt Hardy, Gregory Helms and a few of their friends filmed an episode NBC’s Marrige Ref show this weekend. The filmiing took place inside a wrestling ring on Matt Hardy’s property in North Carolina. The show will air on NBC in December. Hardy wrote the following on Twitter about the taping:
“Had a blast being a part of NBC’s “Marriage Ref” shoot today featuring Kimo in my BCR Dome.. Me, Helms, Shatter & Aden worked Kimo hard.”
- MVP and Chris Jericho went back and forth a bit on Twitter, with both men poking fun at the way MVP has been booked in recent months. Jericho asked MVP, “are you still with the company?” MVP replied, “Barely it would seem. Just barely.”
A fan later asked why does MVP always get “screwed over” on SmackDown, to which he replied, “If you find out let me know please! Lol.”
